10:30 am:  Inviting Bluebirds to your Yard.  Steve Smith, a chartered member of the MO Bluebird Society and owner of Ned's Nesting Boxes will reveal the secrets of enticing these flashy blue and orange birds to grace your backyard.  He will show us how to do our part to increase the songbird population.  You will learn what kind of house our state bird needs and what foods they eat with lots of interesting details in the mix!

11:30 am:  Jennifer Rodriguez, " The Crazy Snake Lady," is back by popular demand with her friendly live snakes.  Be sure to bring the kids to this one!.  This experienced snack handler will focus on native snakes of Missouri and North America.  She may even help you overcome a fear of snakes by realizing their important place in the world on controlling the rodent population.

12:30 pm:  Three Rivers Beekeepers will fill you in on fascinating facts about the private lives of bees and how to help our gentle bees survive and thrive in your yard and our community.  Bees give us so much- learn how to give back to them and help them thrive.

1:30 pm:  Front Yard Formal Landscape with Native Plants. We know you long to make a difference in conserving our environment and helping birds and wildlife.  Now YOU can make a difference right in your own yard by adding a few beautiful native plants to your current landscape.  Come inside to meet, James Faupel, of Bellefontaine Cemetery.  He will show you how to enhance your formal landscaping with attractive native plants that will bring song birds and butterflies to your yard.
